🥖 Snack – Salo on Black Bread with Pickles
A traditional delicacy of delicately cured pork lard served on rustic black bread, paired with pickles for a perfect balance of flavours.
🥣 Soup - Borshch
Traditional beetroot soup with a rich broth, served with sour cream, fresh dill, and spring onions — a true taste of Ukraine.
🥔 Starter – Deruny
Crispy golden potato hashbrowns, served with a rich creamy mushroom sauce and a dollop of sour cream.
